Terms
These terms cover your use of Tulip, made by Mimi Studio d.o.o. Purchases through the App Store are additionally governed by Apple’s Standard End User Licence Agreement.
What Tulip is
Tulip gives parents and carers of autistic children short daily ideas, help for hard moments, a simple log and support for themselves. The guidance is general and based on widely used, child-led principles.
It is not medical or therapeutic advice
Tulip does not diagnose, assess or treat, and it is not a substitute for a doctor, speech-language therapist, occupational therapist or any other professional who knows your child.
If you are worried about your child’s safety, development, health or a loss of skills, contact a professional. If anyone is in immediate danger, call your local emergency number.
Subscription
Tulip is a paid monthly subscription. The price is shown before you buy and is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm.
It renews automatically each month until you cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends, in your Apple ID subscription settings — we cannot cancel it for you.
Deleting the app or your account does not cancel a subscription. Only Apple can.
Refunds
Purchases are made through Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple under their policy. Write to [email protected] if something has gone wrong and we will help where we can.
Acceptable use
Use Tulip for your own family. Do not attempt to reverse engineer it, resell access, or use it in a way that breaks the law where you are.
Liability
Tulip is provided as it is. We are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of general guidance in the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
